NewsWinter 2022 Newsletter

While much of the community’s focus was on storm relief efforts from the devastating tornado in December of 2021, Warren County growth remains strong.  Market Demand for single family lots have remained steady among the last several quarters.  Newly completed residential streets allowed for a high applicant volume of single family home permits.  Overall, permits were up 18% from the year 2020.  Site Development Plan approvals were up 7% from 2020 as well.  The community demand for temporary housing units will increase as nearly 800 units were affected by storm damage. Permit types have continued to increase in each category to small contractor projects, single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, and large scale industrial projects.
